Three of Wands
Upright
You throw yourself into real attempts. Some things work right away, some burn you, but every decisive step brings you closer to the goal. This is a trial run, when the idea proves its strength in action for the first time. Don't stop after the first failure — fire tempers.
Reversed
The attempts burn out without leaving a trace. The first failure knocks out your enthusiasm, or so much strength has been spent that nothing is left for the next step. The process doesn't move from trials to results. Keep the heat — don't pour all of it into a single attempt.
