King of Swords

Upright

You set the laws of thought, and others act by them. Your word carries weight, your decision becomes the frame within which everyone around you moves. This is the cold, clean power of understanding that doesn't need to shout. It's enough simply to be — and the system holds.

Reversed

An empty throne. Either there is no real understanding behind the authority: the seat is taken, but no one hears any decisions. Or the mind turns into tyranny, where rules become more important than people. Remember: the power of thought rests on fairness.
