Three of Pentacles

Upright

The time for real attempts has come. You invest effort, money or work in something concrete — and the first results are already visible, even if alongside the first mistakes. This is a trial run in the material world: every step teaches you how to build more solidly. Don't fear failure; it is what lays the foundation.

Reversed

The attempts don't add up to a building. Something was done but dropped halfway, or every failure stops the whole movement. The process doesn't move from trials to results. Look at what is missing — skills, patience or support — and go back to the brick where everything stopped.
